Cherry Court is a modern, five-story mid-rise apartment building centrally located in a residential neighborhood west of Milwaukee’s downtown. Completed in 2006, Cherry Court consists of 120 – 1 bedroom apartments. Each apartment comes with a range and refrigerator and includes all utilities along with central air. Some unit rents are calculated based on your income and other unit rents are fixed. Off street parking is available.
Each floor has a spacious lobby and laundry facilities. The second floor lobby has a balcony. There is a Community Room, Craft Room, Exercise Room, Game Room, Green Room, Meditation Room, TV Room, Computer Lab, and Beauty/Barber Shop on site too. The building also has vending machines located on the 1st floor.
Also there are several services and resources that are provided for the residents at Cherry Court. We have Mobile Market that sells food at a discounted price. The Milwaukee Public Library visits regularly with their mobile van and rents out books and movies to the residents.
We have a S.E.T. Ministry Office that provides services to residents and assists them in accessing additional resources that might be helpful in their lives. S.E.T. Ministry also offers Wellness Clinics for the residents and coordinates nursing visits from Marquette University on a regular basis. We have Bingo, a Pool League and a Garden for the residents.
