The Plan
Drawn from an extensive, multi-year design process involving residents, local businesses, community stakeholders and professional developers, Westlawn’s redevelopment will include an aesthetically and economically diverse mix of housing and services. Two major phases will replace outdated public housing units with a mix of housing for the entire community. Learn more about Phase One below. For conceptual plans for the entire redevelopment, download the Westlawn Master Plan.
