						1. Where are the forms for Emerging Business Enterprise Participation?
						There are no forms to complete at this time. Any forms needed to document Emerging Business Participation will be included with the contract documents. Information about subcontracting with Emerging Businesses was included so that respondents would know that the Housing Authority has established goals for subcontracting with Emerging Businesses. PROPOSALS SHOULD INCLUDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE RESPONDENT'S INTENT TO SUBCONTRACT WITH EMERGING BUSINESSES.
