Public Safety can provide you with a photo for your access card every Thursday (except holidays) between 8 AM and 7 PM at HACM Community Services, 650 W. Reservoir, 2nd Floor. Please bring your access card and a current government-issued ID card with your photo and name on it for verification.
Can I park on a Housing Authority parking lot?
Parking on Housing Authority parking lots is generally limited to residents who have valid permits, although some buildings have visitor parking which is designated by signs located in the lots. Vehicles without a permit are subject to a parking citation and/or towing at owner's expense.
How do I contest a parking ticket?
If you would like to contest a parking ticket that you received while parking on Housing Authority property, please call Public Safety dispatch at (414) 286-5100 to make the request.
How do I obtain a public safety report?
To obtain a Public Safety report, you will need to submit a Resident Records Request Form.
