PAYCOM Approvals and Payroll Processing
New employees must be processed by Human Resources inclusive of all necessary paperwork. They may begin recording their time in PAYCOM immediately.
Employees should review their time cards for accuracy, missing punches, and completeness of their PAYCOM submissions and report any discrepancies to their supervisors as early as possible the Monday following the end of a pay period. This will allow the supervisor time to adjust and approve the time cards of his or her staff by the payroll deadline.
