Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
The Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) forgives the remaining balance on your Direct Loans after you have made 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan while working full-time for a qualifying employer. For detailed information regarding HACM's PSLF Program please visit your HACM's Employee Handbook.
HACM utilizes Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 to ensure the provision of employment, training, contracting, and other economic opportunities to its residents and other low-income persons.
HACM Section 3 Resident Registry
HACM has established an online Section 3 Resident Registry to help identify individuals who qualify as Section 3 residents and to connect them to employment opportunities for which they have a preference. The Registry allows any public housing resident, rent assistance participant, or other low-income individual in the metro-Milwaukee area to self-certify as Section 3 and provide information about their qualifications and skills. Registered residents will be contacted when there are new work positions available.
People With Disabilities
If you are a person with a disability and require assistance with the application process, please contact HACM Human Resources at 414-286-8500. Additional website assistance for Americans with Disabilities is available here.
At HACM, we respect and honor your service to our country, and we invite you to continue your service by supporting our mission.
