Public Notice of Public Hearing for HACM's 2027 Annual Plan
This 45-day Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee will hold a public hearing for the 2027 Annual PHA Plan, Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP), Section 8 Administrative Plan, and all associated documents. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comments as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee will hold the public hearing at its Board Meeting on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 4:00pm in City Hall Room 301-B, 200 E. Wells St., Milwaukee WI 53202. The Board reserves the ability to place time limits on all speakers, in order to allow the widest practical number of interested parties a chance to speak on the documents above. All comments must be related to the documents listed above. Once posted, the Board Meeting agenda can be viewed here: milwaukee.legistar.com/calendar.
A draft of the revised PHA Annual Plan and all other documents will be available for review at www.hacm.org for a 45-day comment period: August 1, 2026 – September 15, 2026.
Interested persons are invited to submit their comments on the Housing Authority’s 2027 Annual PHA Plan, ACOP, Section 8 Administrative Plan, and all associated documents via email at communications@hacm.org or via mail to Attention Housing Management Comments, Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee, P.O. Box 324, Milwaukee WI 53201. All written comments must be received by Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
