The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) seeks to ensure that HACM residents and other community members have access to fresh, healthy and affordable food. If you need emergency food or support, please reach out to the resources below. Before traveling to any particular location, contact the site directly to verify hours, eligibility, and other requirements. HUNGER TASK FORCE FOOD RESOURCE MAP, MOBILE MARKET & OTHER RESOURCES

Hunger Task Force has created a map of confirmed, trusted sites that provide food safely and reliably, including public senior Stockbox sites, school meal sites and emergency food sites. NOURISH MKE FOOD CENTERS

Nourish MKE operates four community food centers. Visit www.nourishmke.org or call 414-289-6030 to confirm hours and guidelines.

KINSHIP COMMUNITY FOOD CENTER

SILVER SPRING NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER FOOD PANTRY

Located at 5460 N. 64th Street, call 414-463-7950 for more information or visit during pantry hours:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 11 AM – 2 PM (Fridays are Senior Stockbox Days only)
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 4 PM – 6 PM 

UMOS, Inc. FOOD PANTRY

MILWAUKEE COMMUNITY CROSSROADS EMERGENCY FOOD PANTRY

Located at 807 S. 14th Street, this pantry primarily serves the 53204 ZIP code. Visit www.mccwi.org for more information.

BAY VIEW COMMUNITY CENTER FOOD PANTRY

MILWAUKEE COUNTY SENIOR DINING PROGRAM

Milwaukee County Department on Aging offers a senior dining program that serve delicious, nutritious meals at convenient locations throughout Milwaukee County. Anyone 60+ can join us, and there is a suggested contribution of $3 for diners 60 and over and a cost of $8 for their guests under 60. For most sites, you will need to make a reservation in advance. Some sites are often able to accommodate walk-ins-- but there are no guarantees. Call (414) 289-6995 for more information or visit the Milwaukee County Senior Dining webpage.
