Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8 Assistance) Program
- Tenant-Based Rent Assistance: The waiting lists for Tenant-Based Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8 Rent Assistance) are currently closed. Visit waitlist.hacm.org for more information.
- Project-Based Rent Assistance: The waiting lists for Project-Based Vouchers are currently open and will remain open until further notice. This type of housing assistance applies to specific buildings. Visit waitlist.hacm.org for more information.
Affordable Market-Rate Housing
We are continually accepting new applications for our Affordable Market-Rate Housing apartments at Berryland, Northlawn and Southlawn. Visit the Affordable Market-Rate Housing page to learn more about applying for these properties.
